CLI is the telephone of numbers used to dial into our system. CLI allows dialing in from mobile phones or any fixed lines.

Auto-Dialer / PABX Programming: Great for re-directing all international calls to PG Communications' system regardless of which international Access Code you dial.

Use of Auto-Dialer or PABX Programming further reduces the waiting time of connecting an international call.

2-stage Dialing with IVR Prompts for Pin Access
The conventional way to international dialing, allows employers to control usage by their employees by restricting access via a PIN. Pin Access allows users to make calls from anywhere in Singapore by dialing

A local number will be assigned to user. User triggers a callback by dialing the assigned number and hangs up after 1 or 2 rings. The system will call back within a few seconds to user’s specified number in the system. (User Specified Number would be his/her overseas number). User picks up the call and waits for the prompt “Please enter your destination number”, dial your destination number and get connected soon after.
